Pick something on the roadmap. Back it directly.

Fortune Farms isn’t a charity — it’s a working operation. But every milestone on the roadmap moves faster when someone shortens the road. Donations go straight against a specific line item; we tell you when it shipped and what it produced.

What’s open to fund

Pick a line, send the amount, and we’ll mark it funded. Costs in GBP, with the Ugandan shilling equivalent for context (rate ≈ 4,750 UGX per £). Amounts in red are placeholder estimates pending confirmation.

Scale the flock toward 2,000

£1,900 ≈ 9,000,000 UGX

A full batch of birds plus the feed to bring them to lay. Eggs are the steadiest income the farm has — more birds, more cash flow for everything else.

Biogas digester (pilot)

£2,500 ≈ 12,000,000 UGX

An anaerobic digester and cooking-gas line: turns animal waste into clean methane for cooking (no more charcoal) and top-grade fertilizer from the dewatering stage.

Fish ponds — tilapia & aquaponics

£1,700 ≈ 8,000,000 UGX

Earthworks, lining and the first stock of tilapia, with an aquaponics loop to grow vegetables off the same water. Protein at scale for the local market.

Fertilizer & biochar line

£740 ≈ 3,500,000 UGX

Tarpaulins for the windrows, tools for the biochar trench, jerrycans for the liquid feed and 50 kg sacks for packaging. Turns waste into a sellable product.

Solar expansion

£1,260 ≈ 6,000,000 UGX

More panels and storage, toward running the farm on green power — the first step on the road to the methane engine and energy independence.

Education fund

£420 ≈ 2,000,000 UGX

Pocket money, materials and teaching for the young students the farm supports — and seed money toward the technology school in the long-term plan.
